The more energy we have daily, the more we can be fully present and enjoy life - which is the ultimate goal, isn't it?

I view good health like a jigsaw.

 Just like there are many different pieces to a jigsaw, there are many factors that contribute to good health.

It isn't only determined by your diet, it is a combination of factors.
